Flow Operators runs this website. For anything about your data, email abdallah@flow-operators.com.

What we collect when you apply

Your name and email, your main platform and handle or link, your audience size, your niche, what you sell today, your monthly revenue range, what you want to build or fix, and when you want to start.

With the application we also receive the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link (for example from our Instagram), the approximate country your request came from, and the time it was sent.

What we collect when you browse

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. We see totals such as page views and where visitors came from.

Your in-progress answers and whether you have already seen the intro are kept in your own browser's session storage, so a refresh does not lose your place. They are deleted when you close the tab. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To read your application, decide whether we are a fit, and reply to you. To send you one confirmation email. To keep the form free of spam. To understand which channels bring people to the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

The site is hosted by Vercel. Application emails are delivered by Resend. Your application arrives in our Google Workspace inbox. Each of them processes the data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep your application for as long as we are talking about working together, and for a reasonable time after in case you apply again. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email abdallah@flow-operators.com and we will do it within 30 days.

If this notice changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
